Holistic Programming to Rejuvenate and Empower

Weekend Programs

Our engaging online weekend programs provide opportunity for students to learn and practice yoga and also delve deeper into the Bhagavad-Gita through Shlokas and Stories. We will soon be introducing weekend workshops on Madhubani Painting, Knitting Toys, Vedic Maths, Smart Electronics and more!

Yoga and Mindfulness

Our engaging online weekend programs provide opportunity for students to engage in regular yoga asanas, pranayama and mindfulness practice. We also make yoga fun and engaging through games and stories. Our objective is to inculcate an appreciation for regular yoga and meditation practice in children, laying a foundation of strong physical, emotional and mental health.

Bhagavad-Gita Through Shlokas and Stories

Students recite and memorize Sanskrit shlokas from the Bhagavad-Gita and learn the meaning and application of the shlokas in age-appropriate ways. These classes involve hands-on learning through special art/craft activities, conscious cooking and inspirational story telling that relate to the theme of the week.

Afterschool Programs

We offer in-person afterschool programs that provide programming to foster holistic development in children including Sanskrit classes, specialized Handskills, Bharatnatyam dance, Bhagavad-Gita and more.

Summer/Winter and March Break Camps

We offer regular in-person and online camps to provide fun-filled engagement that connects students of all ages to the ancient Vedic Wisdom of yoga, mantras, shlokas and skills (like cooking, painting, crafts). Our class sizes are small enabling the instructor to develop a personal relationship with the students, that inspires them to take forward the lessons learnt during the camp to their daily lives.
